By creating an account or using LectureSnap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You retain all rights to the notes, files, and material you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content only to provide the service to you (e.g. generating summaries and flashcards).

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, content that is illegal, or content intended to harm others. Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

4. AI-generated output

AI-generated summaries, flashcards, and quizzes may contain inaccuracies. Always verify important information against your source material. LectureSnap is a study aid, not a substitute for expert advice.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep LectureSnap available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LectureSnap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
