LectureSnap, operated by Fernando Javier Calvo Meza, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at hello@lecturesnap.app with your order details and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
